Hi Cfulgenzi, After speaking with a representative from eBay, i can confirm that if it was a cash transaction then you DO NOT have to refund the buyer if you stated no refunds. Its basically just like the previous helping member stated to you. However, if a payment was made via PayPal then yes you will have to refund the buyer BUT, you stated it was face-to-face with cash so NO you dont have to refund the buyer if you dont want to & this buyer can call into eBay all she wants but, eBay cant handle this situation as it was cash face-to-face so its out of there hands because they cant show up at your door to make you give back the money.
