If you go to paypal app ( android )  , go to the gear up and right corner ( settings ) the go to automated paymeents  , choose your last  payment , in the payment options , you will see , under you card , convertion options . Just did that . I think that it will remember that setting for future payments . ... View more

I've been getting the option to add a phone number for a long time, but as of today, I can not log in at all. I can't even contact PayPal to discuss, because I have to log in, but I can't because I'm being forced to add a number... You see where this is going...
