I was wondering if I can link my paypal debit card as i do not have a bank account, so that transfers go directly into my paypal, if so how would i find my routing number and such? ... View more

If i pay below the  minimum payment say min pay is $15 and i pay $10 Does that get credited and minimum payment drops to $5 until the next cycle? Or do i still need to pay $15 as i paid below what min is.... thanks ... View more

I was charged with late fees that could not be reversed, they told me over the phone that if i resolved the balance they would hit me with any more fees, now i resolved the balance +$50 or something dollars, they continued hitting me with the same fee charges, just different ways of stating the charge, now today paypal emailed me with the same two charges and my balance is negative in pp. i closed my bofa account like a week ago. someone please please help.  ... I need to cancel one of the transactions what happened was first time i paid accidently with my parents account canceled 2nd time i paid with my account and the transaction ended duplicate so i canced that one then i finally went the third time and paid my account didn't cancel     but on paypal one is complete and one is pending so i got charge twice and for my parents account i do not know yet hopefully amazon actually canceled it   please advise how to go through this so seller don't ship, i don't lose money and so on ...
