Yes. Starting yesterday (12/8) no matter where I go, the sites where I used PAD before, doesn't offer it as an option now.

I went thru this too. Most were eBay purchases, from several different sellers. I find it odd that PAD was not offered on any of them. I know some sellers don't offer it, but every purchase I've made on eBay today did not offer the PAD option.

So since I can't pay a Ukraine seller on Paypal, are there are any other safe alternatives? And why post a news article if it's untrue?

I recently had a negative balance on my PP account but I immediately restored funds. I used to have the PAD option, as well as the ability to pay via bank transfer but these are now gone. Is this due to the (now former) negative balance? And is it possible to restore these?

I just found a purchase on my debit/credit card from a bogus company. My debit card was fraudulently used on 3/15/10. The company was www. integrateidea.com. If you look at this link (http://www.complaintsboard.com/complaints/wwwintegratedideacom-c282069.html)you will see where several of people were vicitims, many who shopped online with Amazon, Paypal, etc. So check your card's activities for this and if you see a purchase from them, have it closed IMMEDIATELY. Thanks.
