wrote them SEVERAL times that they took too long and demaned refund. They didn't follow my instruction,,, so why should I accept if they didn't follow my instruction? Paypal were told same thing... The way I see it,, if i CLEARLY stated that I want a refund, but they went ahead and ship me the package two weeks later, that's a breach of customer protection on their part. Now,, According to post office, it is listed as "unclaimed" and it had arrived back to business.
