I bought a "lego set" for my kid, and received an instruction manual and not the actual lego set. went back to sellers website to double check if i was crazy or seller was shady. I tem description included videos and photos and the summary of the actual lego set including dimensions and everything else. I filed a dispute and the seller responded that i would have to send the item back, paying out of my own pocket for shipping and then he will slap a 10% restocking fee on top of that. Obviously i refuse to pay for that, since ITEM IS NOT AS DESCRIBED! It was described as an actual lego set not NOT as an instruction manual. I upgraded dispute to a claim, and within 2 minutes it was closed!!! Status We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality. What happens next We encourage you to work directly with your seller to resolve this matter. what is this all about? Is this how PayPal buyer "protection" works? I am very disappointed!
