Hi, I escalated a claim as not received item. Because it had a tracking no from the Netherlands paypal have closed the claim, even though Yodel do not have a signature of delivery. I am trying to speak to someone at paypal as I have a trascript of the e-chat with Yodel confirming that there should be a signature as proof of delivery. Is all I get when I phone Paypal help line is the automated voice telling me the claim has been closed. How can I get this looked into again ? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
