I feel your pain. I'm currently dealing with a similar issue. Payment was from my bank account on March 1st, and the order in question was to an incorrect address, so it was cancelled. I'm on day 5 currently, and still not seeing anything. I'm going to assume it's "business days" and hopefully i'll get something as of tomorrow, but yeah...give it another day or two. If it was paid with credit card it'll take you even longer unfortunately.
