For others who come along afterwards to read this, I've had this happen more than once and I contacted Paypal about it. I didn't contact them because I didn't want to change my password (I'll gladly do that anytime there's suspicious activity) but because I want specifics of what suspicious activity has been found. It's my info that is in danger and me that is responsible for any damage (monetary or otherwise) done to and from my account, so I need all details available and I want to decide for myself if changing my password is enough or if more thorough measures need to be taken. Unfortunately, Paypal doesn't have any info. It's a computer that decides to show this message to you and they have no record of why the message pops up, according to the representative I spoke with. So who knows if there really is suspicious activity or it's more than that or less than that. I was really disappointed in the response. It's quite unprofessional considering Paypal handles money for their clients.
