I ordered something in January, on the 10th I believe. Finally received an email that it was shipping Feb 2nd. After a week I contacted them as I couldn't track it. She said it can sometimes take 1-2 weeks. Ok..... so yesterday I get my package! I'm over joyed. I open it.... only to find the wrong color. Their reply is to give me a $5.00 credit to spend on their site or refund a portion of the price... $5.00. What do I do..... I'm so mad I'm seeing red.... the color it's supposed to be.... Their excuse is always...."we're so busy " is this an example of something pay pal will resolve for me?
