Sign up for a merchant account with a credit card processor such as First Data. PayPal has way of verifying phone information. If you want to accept credit cards directly, you can do that with the PayPal Here app. You would then be able to enter credit card information directly. Warning: you don't get PayPal seller protection with PayPal Here sales; you are responsble to verify that the card presenter is the card owner and you need to provide receipts to show pickup and/or delivery.
