Two separate questions: The first is that I have a bank account on my paypal that I have not had access to for many years. It was shared with my husband, now my ex-husband. I really shouldn't have it on there anymore, but every time I try to remove it, I get an error saying it can't be done and to try again later. I've sent several emails to support about this and nothing gets resolved. I don't know what to do! The second is that because of a lost package I have to resolve an ebay complaint by refuding a payment of about $400. Because the dispute was opened my paypal is in the negative by nearly that amount. I currently don't have the funds in my bank account to cover that, and I won't until Friday. If I go ahead and grant the refund in ebay through the dispute, will paypal attempt to debit my bank account for the funds? Or will I be able to manually go in on Friday and take care of it on my end?
