I use a VCC in order to verify my paypal account Earlier today I try to link my tictail account to paypal for the billing part. I inserted the vcc number just like the one I use to verify this account. And suddenly it says "Sorry, but your card issuer declined this payment". When I got back to my paypal page, I found out that vcc number has been 'unlinked' from the list of cards. And when I try to link it back again it doesn't work and it says " This card is not accepted. Please use a different card" Why is this happening? Does it have to do with the vcc expiry date? Because it shouldn't be expired until the year 2020
