Hello everyone. So my issue has been persistant since I first receieved money on my paypal. I am not able to use ANY of the money i have in my balance. I have been trying to send money to my girlfriend so that we can pay our bills for our appartment, but am unable to do so. To be completely honest, I am **bleep** off. Can anyone help me figure out why I cannot send or spend or use my money AT ALL? every time i go to send money it gives me the following error; There's a problem We can’t send your payment right now. If you keep running into this issue, please contact PayPal. If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service. I also have called customer support but the first time i called noone answered. the second time it was just static on the phone line. I am beyond annoyed at this. What happened to paypal? is this some scheme to take my money? if anyone at paypal reads this, please fix my issue. I need my money so that I wont lose my appartment... PLEASE. i have tried Paypal.me links also, to no avail. if anyone thinks they can help please respond. If i end up losing my appartment for this, I will take legal action. It is my money, and you cannot just hold it from me.
