Greetings , I had a user on twitch make a small 2 dollar donation and a MONTH later decided to refund that donation. This is fine by me however for whatever reason I was forced to pay the processing fees which left me a -0.30$ balance.. Is there any way for me to either dispute this refund or at least ban this user from making further donations on my channel? Thanks.
