Firstly you charge me £10.59 fee and provide the most terrible customer service for it, so thanks for that you joke of a comapny. The issue at hand I sold a PS4 pro on ebay Wenesday the 18'th Jan, It was posted via parcelforce with tracking the following day and arrived to the buyer on Friday 20'th, the buyer left good feedback the same day. Paypal have had my money on hold since the item was sold ever though there own terms of service state 3 days aftere delivery well it's well over 3 days and I get no reply from sending them multiple messages just the same generic **bleep**. My money needs to be released today, i'm sick of big companes taking people for mugs and messing us around, you're no better than a common street theif.
