Hi everyone , 2 weeks ago purchased something online and payed with my paypal. I was informed after few days that the item is not in stock, so I asked for a refund 5 days ago. They agreed and told me 3 days ago that they have issued a refund and now it's up to PayPal. I haven't received any money from them, and nothing is shown in my activity page. I must say that I have opened a case same day in wich I requested my money back - 5 days ago( guess I got spooked) I have contacted them few times trough the messaging from the opened case but they haven't replied within the PayPal. They only replied by email. I hope this is clear enough, not sure what to do now, escalate to PayPal ?
