Hello, I bought an item through Ebay and paid by card, the item wasn't sent and a month later I'm still trying to get a refund, I've opened a case with Ebay against the seller, it said he refunded me on the 5th, no refund showed up on Paypal or in my bank account, I contacted Ebay though live chat and they told me the seller tried to refund me through ePayer or something and that it'd failed, Ebay then changed the case in some way and told me I'd be refunded by the 17th of January, today I checked the case and it says the seller has refunded me through Paypal today on the 7th, but nothing is showing up once again, I contacted Ebay again on live chat and they told me that Paypal will deal with it as I paid by card and that I should contact them. Upon logging into Paypal I still see no refund, but I noticed that it said my card was invalid, I had an expired card on Paypal, I've updated that card and it's all valid now (the same one I used on Ebay when buying the item), but I still see no refund, not a single transfer or anything, the activity page is completely empty, I'm now worried that I won't be getting the refund since Ebay don't seem to know what to do and neither do I, the amount of money was £530 and so it's not something I'm willing to lose easily, does anyone know what I should do?
