Hello, I have a question about a disputed transaction for an item that I sold earlier this month. Essentially, I sold an item to a buyer and the buyer tried to "chargeback" to scam me. I provided the tracking info, and the money was given back to me by PayPal a few weeks later. Fast forward to today, and the buyer opened ANOTHER dispute on the exact same transaction, and PayPal has taken my funds yet again. I went to go add the same tracking info to the dispute that I added the first time to get my money back, and I was unable to do so. Under the "Action" tab, it simply says "view" and will not let me add any information, tracking, etc. Since this is the same transaction, I wanted to know if PayPal still has the tracking number I submitted from the first time the buyer filed a dispute? This is what I assumed since the "action" tab was acting as if I had already submitted information. This happened twice on the same transaction twice by the same scammer, so please bare with me. If you have any questions or need any additional info, please let me know ASAP as PayPal says I only have 10 days to submit information. Thank you very much!
