I am totally through with Paypal and seeking alternative solutions because Paypal never sides with the seller on disputes. I have sold items on my website 6 month ago to a customer and paypal is offering them a refund. My items are courses and videos so the cutomer already watched all the videos and took all the courses and 6 months later is getting a refund. I am at a lost so I guess I will just let them refund the money back to this customer cause I cannot win a dispute and then I will find an alternative solution.
