Ok, I’ll attempt to be understanding and polite though my patience is fading. Nobody has access to any of my details. How were these fraudsters allowed access to my account without a pass code and without my mobile device ? How many more times … it is impossible for me to spend money without (1) my mobile phone (2) my password and (3) the pass code … how did paypal allow the thieves to circumvent these requirements ? ... Thank you kernolass ... good of you to take the time, I'm sure that will do it and I'll try shortly I'm just surprised that 'paypal' tells me how to complete a task but the instructions are incorrect ... am I the only one that finds this happens often, tabs and links are redesigned and altered but the 'labels' are not updated to correspond so 'instructions' become unusable ... not just paypal, lots of sites.    It will say 'click on account' but it means 'click on wallet' ... or whatever ! ...
