@CavanG26 If you can prove the item is fake you may not have to send it back >> check with ebay first. If you're contacting from the UK, you can get in touch with eBay at 0845 355 3229. Alternatively, you can get in touch with them through social media, either via Twitter (https://twitter.com/AskeBay) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/eBay.co.uk). Secondly if you are going to return it then make sure you send it TRACKABLE so you can prove delivery back to the seller. BUT the seller could give you another address to send it to so that the tracking number does not show delivery of the item to him and you lose the case SO personally i would open a dispute and make it official. But if you can get written proof from a company that sells the genuine article then do so. Finally you could try telling your seller first that you think the item is fake and if you don't get a full refund you will prove to ebay he is selling fakes AND inform trading standards, sometimes that threat works.
