I am unable to contact PayPal customer executive on phone to get answer to my question. PayPal allow me to download GST invoice related to my monthly activities but without mention of my gst number. The facts are, Item sold on eBay location India to buyer located in USA, It is shipped within 24 hours. Its arrived at destination within next 10 days. All most After 14-15 days of its arrival, Buyer opens a papal charge back case . On receiving this information, immediately within next 4-5 hours , I reacted & submitted my views & standing for seeking protection. After that, It is informed to me that, Disputed fund debited from my account along with additional charge back fees. My case is under dispute with credit card charge back financial institute for dispute resolution may subject to 75 days. As a Seller, Where I am ? eBay policies protect buyer & offer return option so I get my item, get selling fees credit and step in to justify the situation. Is this a violence of eBay policies ? Please advise me, Why ? Is PayPal as a financial institution to seller does not have any policy to deal with situation except to payback ? Need your help. Please advise. ... View more
