All my buttons suddenly broke this week (5/2022). The https doesn't work. The ONLY way I can find to fix it is to create a shopping cart button again. It comes out as a <form> in html, which my web page editor (Dreamweaver) doesn't recognize so it just shows a broken link. However when I try the live website the button does work. So my particular error will probably take a week to find out how to fix the existing buttons, which are not a form, so I can actually see them. My experience is that Paypal help won't know the answer even with the code right in front of them and send me down a bottomless rabbit hole (it has happened every single time I have asked them a technical question).  ... I have used Burner App Numbers in the past when setting up my account an they sent the verification code to that number just fine the whole time i had the account open. Now their policies have changed. But i do know that since this policy must have changed i've opened an account with a burner number applied for and was approved for $5000 line of credit.....waited 3 months then tried to use it and they sent verification codes to the burner number again. As far as I know, PayPal won't be able to help you with your eBay case with the exception of offering you Return Shipping On Us program. You can get your eBay case appealed with eBay at https://ocsnext.ebay.co.uk/ocs/sr?topicName=Appealing+the+decision+on+a+case&query=1484 or search for "Appealing the decision on a case" in eBay's "Help & Contact" section. You should be able to find more information about its there.   Another option, for your return, is you can have a trusted friend or family, if you legally can, to return the shoes for you. Or ask the seller to see if they can ask the shipping carrier for a refund and return the product when you can.   Seeing as how you have already created the return, you won't be able to activate the Return Shipping On Us because you would need to activate before you start a return. They have a specific complicated return process you have to follow before they will provide a US address for US customers or a China address for everyone else.
