Hi @moonlovers,   Thank you for your post and welcome to our Community Help Forum!   In general, in order to log in to your PayPal account, you may need an email and a password. If you don't have both, you would be not able to log in. When you try to log in, you find the option "Forgot your email?". You may use that. Either the information on your account is different to the information registered with your bank or the transaction is being declined by the card issuer.  Contact the Online Authorisation Department at your bank or card issuer. ... View more
