Greetings! I have a paypal account that I don't use since 2013 when I was in Sweden with a Scholarship program, in that time I had an account in the Nordea Bank. After my studies finished I closed my account in the bank but forgot to withdraw the little amount of money in my paypal account (that is 1,56 SEK). now my problem is that I returned to my home country (Bolivia) and I would like to create a new paypal account with my same email adress, but I can't because I still have that little amount of money in my old account. what should I do?
