Sharpiemarker, Yes, PayPal did inform me that account was limited and I need to get in touch with them and gave me some telephone numbers, due to time zone difference, the contact number is in the US, it was difficult for me to follow up to appeal it, so after the 180 , no body contacted me, I did initiate the communication cycle which keeps me in an endless loop, because everytime I call I have to explain the story from the begining and with every call I get a different promise and reply,luckily this call centre is in Ireland, Irish contact number, so the time zone is better, but I did upload all the required documents and no one so far has explained to me why the transaction has been rejected
