Up until last Friday my purchases made on Ebay were converted by my bank. I did not do any changes despitet that since Friday every payment is converted by Paypal.  It took me some time to find that if you click on the exchange rate at the checkout  (which looks like 12 USD=0 HUF) you can find the "bill me in sellers currency" button, hidden very well.  I think this is nothing less then stealing our money! ... thanks,   meanwhile I found that if you click on change exchnage rate when checking out  you are able to change conversion options (makes noi sens but i think it was the goal of these thieves) it is very inconvenient that you have to do this by all purchase but still better  then paying more for nothing ... finally I got the refund    BUT   Paypal customer service consists of mostly useless people!   I called them to explain the situation and they promised to check the other tracking site. 2 days passed, case closed, no refund.
