Every time I log in to PayPal since earlier tonight, I've been getting a strange message saying 'your account is limited' and I'm not sure why as I've done what I could to ensure my activity is in good standing and that my ID was submitted. I've been using PayPal for a number of years and the sudden nature of this message really worried me. I also got the message saying that the impact on my account is 'low' and that all the activities that I'm allowed to do are ticked in green so I'm not sure if this is a system error or if I need to resolve something with PayPal to move forward? I also get a message saying " We're reviewing your submissions. Thanks for helping us understand your business better. We'll get back to you soon." even though I verified my ID roughly at the time I set up my account. Can a member of the PayPal team please look into this and help me find out what the situation is as I'm not sure what this means for me? I can post a reference number via direct message when requested (as I'm not sure posting a reference number on a public forum is ok or not) by staff.
