Definitely worth kudos. If the buyer opened the case NAD, he would have to purchase a label to prove he shipped it back, right? But if the product was returned to the seller already as undeliverable, the buyer won't be able to do that, and wouldn't that make his claim void if he doesn't do the actual "return"? (if so, I wish my buyer had done that instead of NR.)
