buyer msg. me through ebay and states they want a refund as they never received the item. buyer provided a bad address USPS marked item as undeliverable as addressed. we offered buyer refund less shipping and a 5.00 restocking charge even though product would have to be destroyed as it was returned to us. or they could repurchase shipping and we could reship. buyer then opens a ebay didpute then i think they relized they would lose and closed that claim and opened a paypal claim stating item not as described. - totally false now what. can i have buyer arrested for making a fraud claim? we just disputed with paypal and provided paypal the ebay msg. where buyer stated they did not receive product as addressed.
