I had the same issue. Out of 15 sales, 2 email notification went missing and none in my junk/spam. I logged in to download my transaction activity every 2-3 days to obtain the shipping details and that's how I spotted the 2 cases. Sent an email to the technical side to raise the issue together with 2 other issues, the person said he saw that the notification email was sent out so it's my email server problem (but I have received other emails, what is so special about these 2?). Similar response to another issue: they cannot replicate the error, so again, the fault is mine not them. My sales opportunities just flew off because of this issue. The email ended off with the sentence that they have clarified and to contact them for support. I told them that clarifying doesn't mean it is resolved. I'm speechless with that kind of response from them!
