One of my client is sending payment and that is not getting transferred into my paypal account. I checked with the local customer care and they have confirmed everything is fine at our end. The message that the sender is seeing in his transaction history is "Declined Payment by my email id". The payment never got reflected in my paypal account and hence question of declining that does not exist. What could be the reason and whom do we approach, the customer care at the sender end or one at our end?
