When I try to enter my new Debit card number it says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card" Also where do we register Debit cards since it is asking for only Credit cards. This Debit card number is different from the old one which I have already deleted since the bank retained it! I tried to use different browsers but still getting same message! My bank says they do not see any problem. Must I have a certain amount of money on my account for it to upgrade my new Debit Card? Help.

Kern, thanks for the response but I am in Uganda - East Africa. However my old DEBIT card worked perfectly why is this new one not accepted! Why when I try to enter it, it only brings Enter "Credit Card". Where do we enter Debit Cards.
