You can only add up to 8 email addresses per PayPal account. To add and confirm email address, go to your account profile. Click the wheel icon next to the logout button on the website. Click the plus sign in the email section to add an email address. You may also want to consider opening up a business account instead. Each user can have one personal and one business account. You can have a different payment link generated from PayPal button/link generator for each project but the payments should go to one email address since the number of email addresses you can have are limited.
