Are we the customers or not? Is this company from the country that claims to always listen to their customers? Well, there really IS a way to show PayPal that you don't like the way the site is layed and that they aren't prepared to admit making a mistake and back down. It's quite simple. Dutch PayPal. If you made dealing with a customer that doesn't use PayPal do you give up and not sell to them/buy from them? No of course not. You pay by using your own credit card. Even better nowadays we can use FastPay. I often pay using their method especially if it's a largish amount of money. Heating repairs, car service, big purchase. Just ask the dealer or mechanic service provider or one off transaction I just ask for their account number, sort code and name. Access your PC or laptop, tablet or phone and 5 minutes later the money has been paid. Furthermore it doesn't cost you a penny if the person you are dealing with banks with a FastPay bank. PayPal? Don't need them. It's simply PayPal that convinces you that you do. And to add convenience the details are retained in your bank account webpage and it is even easier to pay them a second time. It's really time to decide who is the boss.
