The screen that you are getting as far as I know is to add another bank. They let you instantly confirm by logging on with your online banking credentials. Since you chose to confirm your bank with the test deposits, go to Wallet page, click on the bank account you want to confirm and it should let you enter the deposit amounts if you have them.
