So recently, in the past month, I have been trying to confirm my bank account with PayPal. When I click the button to confirm the account in 2-3 days (I don't have an instant confirm option), and a message shows up saying "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." To me, I thought it was a simple bug, so I clicked the X button in the top right corner of the webpage (not the window), and I return to the PayPal summary page, with my bank account listed as ready to confirm. I wait 1-2 weeks for the two small payments to come in, but nothing happens, so I repeat the process 3 more times, but to no prevail. Now, when I removed my bank account and tried adding it back, the "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later." error shows up after I type in my routing and account number, which means that I can no longer add my bank account at all, so I can't transfer money I make on eBay to the account. Can someone please tell me what is going on, because I have not seen any issue on the community like mine.
