Hi, I'm trying to add a new bank but this is my first SmartPhone. This is an Android phone and it's bombarding met with ADS. 😞 So last night I must have been too aggressive trying to shut these ads off because both voice calling and texting are GONE. I managed to get the internet up and running again and _immediately_ sent Assurance Wireless an urgent request to restore my voice/text features -- before I lose the internet as well! They responded 2 hours later and I submitted the serial and binary numbers requested. I'm trying to add my new checking account to Paypal but I don't have voice or texting, only internet. 😞 I don't see any reason for refusing to let me use my little flip phone. Update a debit, credit or prepaid card   I don't mean to beat a dead horse but can we or can we not fund our PayPal account with a Prepaid VISA/Mastercard card? And if not, why is PayPal promulgating information it knows to be false? Some starving humanities major will take the cash he just got from selling his books and motor on over to CVS to purchase a prepaid VISA or MasterCard intending to use it to fund his PayPal account because this FAQ not only suggests he can, it provides instructions! When I want to add cash to my Paypal account using a "Paypal My Cash" card do I just throw it away after I've transferred the balance to my Paypal wallet and buy a new one each time? or is this card supposed to be refillable?
