If the PayPal transaction details shows the withrawl to your bank as completed, then all should be fine. It will take several days for the money to traverse the various stages until it reaches your bank account. Your money will be available for withdrawal from your bank ATM using your BANK ATM card after the transfer is complete on the bank's end.
