Two weeks after I got the account locked, I got a chargeback. Since then, Paypal kept emailing me telling me about the debt. I can't pay the debt because I can't access my financials on Paypal. Such clowns. In addition, that **bleep** lost the chargeback on PayPal but then won it through their bank. So Paypal wants me to pay up.
