I have discovered a problem which is affecting my account and probably others as well. When entering tracking numbers for shipped items into paypal, the number is accepted and appears in my paypal account when I click on the transaction in my paypal summary. But the posted and tracking number entered item still shows as 'OK TO SEND' which appears as if the item has not been shipped. If I enter the tracking number into Ebay instead of paypal, the system appears to work correctly - tracking appears in ebay and paypal plus the 'OK TO SEND' disappears from the item summary. I'm a new user of paypal / ebay and seem to have a problem when entering tracking numbers into paypal for sold items which i have shipped. I go into p/pal account and enter the tracking numbers which are accepted but when I view my p/pal account summary the shipped items are still showing as OK to send? The tracking numbers have been automatically entered into my ebay sold items after entering into p/pal and the funds available dates are updated. So why is p/pal summary still showing OK to send? It looks like I haven't actually shipped the items although I have!  Is this a glitch that affects payments subject to 21 day holds? ... View more
