I'm a new user of paypal / ebay and seem to have a problem when entering tracking numbers into paypal for sold items which i have shipped. I go into p/pal account and enter the tracking numbers which are accepted but when I view my p/pal account summary the shipped items are still showing as OK to send? The tracking numbers have been automatically entered into my ebay sold items after entering into p/pal and the funds available dates are updated. So why is p/pal summary still showing OK to send? It looks like I haven't actually shipped the items although I have!
Is this a glitch that affects payments subject to 21 day holds?
