Are you using PayPal buttons on a website to sell or sending an invoice or are you sending money requests? In any case, go to Summary page to your Seller Preferences. Click Update for Website Preferences. Scroll down to PayPal Account Optional and select On. Then scroll down to bottom of page to save settings.
