My brother used my paypal to sell something and once he found out that he has to pay 600euros in advance at the Western Union he basically said F this Im out and just reconsidered the whole deal with the buyer, they talked and both agreed that their deal is canceled but that's only words. Now I am getting all these threathening emails from PayPal, being given to face the consequences when I haven't done anything wrong at all. I deeply regret wanting to help him and I don't know what to do. I contacted PayPal and they said that the transaction in the Western Union must be finished so the money would get up in my account and then we'd be able to send them back cuz appearently now the money is neither in my PayPal account nor any longer in the sellers account. He also basically refuses to go back there. What should I / he do?
