Maybe I’m writing on the wrong topic, but I want to help others. If you change the phone number and already use the two step verification you must cancel this security settings and reactivate it. If you do not cancel the two step verification, you have changed your phone number in vain and deleted the old one. Paypal will send the SMS to your deleted old phone number. This is a bug that needs to be fixed. So... -add your new phone number -make your new number a primary -delete your old phone number -turn off the two step verification -configure the two step verification again (it will send the code to you already). ... Two unauthorized payment happend with my Paypal account.. I had two open cases. Two weeks later  they closed all cases and they made the decision: I will get full refund. But from the two unauthorized payments only one of them got back. Since then, many times I called them and they said, yes, you're right. We do not understand why you did not get back your money. We can help!  Wednesday I called them. Again. They promised to send email within 24 hours, why I didn't get back my money. She said: you don't need to call again. We can help you. They lied again! They did not send email. Everyone promises! Everyone says you will get back your money. But nothing happened. How many times will I have to call? It's unfair business practices!
