We are an association of professional speakers. Our chapter administrator passed away. We have been trying to get the PayPay Customer Solutions department to change the name to our chapter treasurer. They requested that we upload to the web site documentation to show the death of the adminstrator, and the ID of the treasurer. We uploaded all of the information requested. Then they locked up the account completely so we can no longer download funds into our checking account. We have emails and finally called. The people who have control over the process refuse to talk by telephone, and each time we communicate by email we hear back from a different person. There seems to be no one individual in PayPal who will take personal responsibilty to help a long term customer solve this problem. Any Ideas? How can you talk with a real person in some level of authority to get the problem resolved?
