Register your pre-paid card at the website on the back of the card under the same name and address as your PayPal account. Then log on to your PayPal account to add the card to your Wallet and go through the same verification process like you would a debit/credit card as explained here: https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ826/2 https://www.paypal.com/selfhelp/article/FAQ479 Then when you checkout with PayPal, you select the prepaid card as the card to use to pay from and complete payment.
