We have many people giving with recurring payments made through our PayPal donate button. Just checked it to make sure it hadn't disappeared. It hasn't. So why say that? I'm assuming you are utilizing the regular PayPal button to create a recurring payment, which is still functional. But, there used to be an option to create recurring donations via the Giving Fund page (https://www.paypal.com/fundraiser/charity/167216).
