Hi, Paypal helped me to to be opened complaint for me and after a while my dispute Has Been Escalated to a Claim. However, I do not know what I should do now. Do I need to wait paypal to decide about my dispute or I need to contact with the seller? Before I contacted with paypal, I contacted with the seller and he insisted all the communication to be held through resolution centre. However, I have not receive any email by hi. I have also contacted with Yodel, Parcel delivery service of my item, and they told me that item lost in transit and to communicate with the sender for further assistance.
